Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Nova AI Integrations ("Nova"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Nova provides AI-powered call answering, appointment booking, CRM management, and website design services for local businesses. Service details, scope, and pricing are defined in your service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Setup fees are due upon signing. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 30 days.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information for AI training
- Comply with all applicable call recording disclosure laws
- Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your GHL account credentials
4. AI Disclaimer
Our AI assistant is designed to assist with call handling but may not always respond perfectly. Nova is not liable for missed calls, booking errors, or incorrect information provided by the AI. We recommend maintaining a human backup for critical situations.
5. Intellectual Property
Nova retains ownership of all AI configurations, workflows, and system architectures. Custom websites built for clients become client property upon full payment of applicable fees.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Nova may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nova's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California.
