Nova AI Integrations offers unlimited call minutes on all plans. This Fair Use Policy ensures our AI infrastructure remains available and high-quality for all clients.
1. What "Unlimited" Means
Unlimited call minutes are intended for normal business use — fielding inbound customer calls, booking appointments, and answering business-related questions. There are no hard caps for legitimate business usage.
2. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are not permitted under our unlimited call plans:
- Automated call blasting or robocalling campaigns
- Using the AI to harass, defraud, or deceive callers
- Exceeding 10,000 minutes/month without prior written agreement
- Reselling call minutes to third parties
- Using the service for purposes unrelated to your business
3. High-Volume Clients
Businesses that consistently exceed 10,000 minutes per month may be contacted to discuss a custom enterprise plan. We will never suspend service without advance notice.
4. AI Usage Guidelines
Our AI assistant is trained to represent your business professionally. You agree not to instruct or attempt to modify the AI to:
- Make false claims or mislead callers
- Collect sensitive personal information beyond what's needed for booking
- Impersonate a real named individual without disclosure
5. Call Recording Compliance
California is a two-party consent state. You are responsible for ensuring your callers are notified that calls may be recorded. Nova provides a default disclosure greeting but you are ultimately responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in service modification or termination. We will always attempt to contact you before taking action.
